Return & Refund Policy

At iKASE Pro, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Screen protectors after installation

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size/model compatibility issues (subject to stock availability)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by iKASE Pro.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
